Alain Regnault is in the best way characterized by "Afisha" magazine. "His name is associated with the highest culinary skill and continuous inventions".

In 1988 Alain graduated with honors from the catering school in Louviers. At the beginning of his career he happened to work in the restaurant "Le Louis XV" (3 Michelin stars) under the guidance of Alain Ducasse, the world's most successful chef.

• restaurant "Le Pre Catelan" (1 Michelin star), Paris;
• hotel "Hotel du Cap" ****, Antibes;

• hotel "Le Relais du Postillon" ***, Antibes.

During 19 yeas of work in the best restaurants and hotels of the French Riviera Alain learned the tastes of the most demanding clients. He used to treat Ivanna Trump, Gerard Depardieu, Sharon Stone.

In 2000 Alain founded Alain Regnault Private Catering, a company which organized VIP receptions in Cannes, Nice, Monaco. Among them:

• reception of teams McLaren and Ferrari during Grand Prix Monaco;
• banquets and cocktails at the opening of boutiques IWC (Monaco), Hugo Boss (Cannes), Bentley (Mougins);
• private party on the yacht for Ivanna Trump (Saint-Tropez);
• formal dinner for he Ambassador of New Zealand during the America's Cuo regatta;
• parties at the legendary yacht of Aristotelis Onassis - Christina O;
• formal dinner after the presentation of Quentin Tarantino's movie at the Cannes Film Festival.

In 2006 Alain Regnault was invited to Ukraine to head restaurant service at most famous 5-star hotel in Kiev - "Premier Palace". During the two years of exciting work Alain was doing his best to cultivate love for Mediterranean cuisine in Kiev. He sees his cuisine as very light and refined at the same time. The advanced approach and use of modern technologies help him reach his main target - preserve the taste and quality of the product.

In 2008 Alain felt that it was time to realize his old dream. He confounded Arôme catering company, which is targeted on creating catering events for both private and business clients.

Besides developing Arôme company Alain is occupied with restaurant consulting, he gives open master classes for professionals in Ukraine and abroad. Among his clients are French restaurant "Café de Paris", art hotel "Baccarat", restaurant "The Park" at the Entertaining complex D'Lux.

Alain devotes his free time to sports, he likes speed driving. In winter he practices snowboarding and in summer windsurfing.
